1.PLC control system and screen display is from Germany Siemens, and electrical components, it is manpower saving for its PLC control(Siemens), automatic material feeding, automatic pallet conveyance, automatic leading-out and hydraulic molding, it can work automatically round and round.
2.The hydraulic elements are from Taiwan ASHUN.Circulating water cooling system ensure the machine can work for a long time.
3.Hydraulic pressure and vibration work together to achieve high strength and high density of the bricks.
4.Synchronous demolding system.Themould is driven by gears and racks, it ensures the mould move accurately and stably, so the bricks will be given perfect shape with precise measurements.
5.It use heat-resistant motor which can continue working freely under 130°C, it's very durable.
6.Multiple Function:Standard brick, hollow block, paving brick, curb stone, grass land brick etc be made by changing moulds.
